Ingredients

  • For the Ground Beef:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the Salad:
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the Special Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • In serving bowls, divide the chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, dill pickles, avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add the cooked ground beef to each bowl.
  • Drizzle with the special sauce and serve immediately.
