Ingredients

Chocolate Yogurt Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer to serving bowls and top with chocolate shavings, nuts, or chia seeds as desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for a chilled, thicker consistency.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
